Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CurieLedger™ collects through curieledger.com, the CurieLedger demo and our feedback survey, and how we use it. CurieLedger is a Baynum Financial & Analytics, LLC company based in West Columbia, South Carolina ("we," "us").
The CurieLedger demo is a prototype. It does not have accounts or a shared database. Please do not enter real worker names, dose records, patient information or other personal or protected health information into the demo.
What we collect
- Demo data stays in your browser. Anything you enter in the demo is saved only in your own browser's local storage so the demo works between visits. It is not sent to us. You can erase it at any time with the demo's Reset demo button or by clearing your browser's site data.
- Survey responses. Our feedback survey is hosted on Google Forms. It collects your answers and, only if you choose to provide them, your name and email address.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical information. Our website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To understand feedback and improve CurieLedger.
- To reply to you and, if you asked us to, follow up about CurieLedger.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run CurieLedger, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (website delivery and security), Google (survey hosting and web fonts) and GitHub (website hosting source). We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep survey responses and emails only as long as needed for the purposes above, generally no longer than three years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- You can answer the survey without giving your name or email.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you have sent us by emailing hello@curieledger.com.
- You can erase demo data from your browser at any time.
Children
CurieLedger is intended for professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
