Terms of Use
These terms apply to curieledger.com, the CurieLedger™ demo and related materials (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Baynum Financial & Analytics, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
1. The demo is a prototype
The CurieLedger demo shows how the product is intended to work, using sample data. It is provided for evaluation only. Features may change, and data you enter is stored only in your browser and may be lost.
Do not enter real worker names, dose records, patient information or any other personal or protected health information into the demo.
2. Not professional or regulatory advice
Regulatory references, calculations (including decay-in-storage hold times), retention periods and other information on the Site are provided for general information and demonstration. They are not legal, regulatory, medical or health physics advice and are not a substitute for your license conditions, applicable federal and state regulations, or the judgment of a qualified Radiation Safety Officer. You are responsible for your own regulatory compliance.
3. Our intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including the CurieLedger name and logo, software, design, text, graphics and video, are owned by Baynum Financial & Analytics, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. CurieLedger™ and the CurieLedger logo are trademarks of Baynum Financial & Analytics, LLC.
You may view and use the Site to evaluate CurieLedger. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Site, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means for scraping or copying, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, including through our survey, you allow us to use them to improve CurieLedger without any obligation to you.
6. Third-party services
The Site links to and uses third-party services such as Google Forms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baynum Financial & Analytics, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
